Orders: For details of how to place an order with DHMI please refer to 'About Us'
Delivery: We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 5 working days of receiving your payment. If an item you order is no longer in stock we will contact you to find out if you want to wait for the item to come back into stock or if you want to remove that item from your order. Please feel free to contact us at any time to check the progress of your order.
Returns: We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you are entitled to cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel the contract please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1462 623395. We will ask you to return the goods to us in perfect condition in their original packaging and we will arrange a full refund for the returned item/s less the postage costs.
We always aim to pack your goods carefully to ensure safe transit but if your purchase/s should arrive in a damaged condition, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a replacement (if available) or a refund to be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item/s.
Please note that any returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we strongly recommend that you send them to us by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.
